Azure-cli cannot be installed inside nix

Hi,
Although this is not directly related to this awesome project, I wanted to give a heads-up since newcomers will hit this issue. For reference, see issue starting nix in tutorial

TL;DR, the nix package python312Packages. meal-extensions in version 1.2.0, which was released 6 months ago, is broken and blocks the installation of azure-cli.

To continue with this tutorial, I have installed the packages manually on my own environment

Hmmm... I thought I fixed it. I just tried it on a "fresh" machine and it worked. It must be something specific to the OS you're using or my setup works only on my machine.

Hi Victor, I've opened a bug in the azure-cli package with all the relevant details.
NixOS/nixpkgs#380944
So it's not something specific to my OS (MacOS 15.3)
