Details for the issue
What did you do?
- Opened Klogg
- Set Preference LoadLastSession=true
- Opened File1 and File2
- Closed Klogg
- Opened Klogg again - still viewing File1 and File2
- Opened File3 and File4
- Closed File1 and File2
- Closed Klogg
- Opend Klogg - still viewing File1 and File2
What did you expect to see?
Expected to see the new files (File3 and File4) loaded when restarting Klogg
What did you see instead?
Opened the first set of files - File1 and File2
Useful extra information
The session file (klogg_session.conf) is in the same location as executable.
Changing files in "C:\Program Files" requires Admin privileges.
Since klogg doesn't have Admin privileges, the files will not be updated.
One option would be to save any files that must be updatable to the user's data directory instead of the executable directory. klogg.conf and klogg_session.conf
Klogg version 24.11.0.1685 (built on 2024-11-26 from commit 25c7de6) [built for x86_64-little_endian-llp64]
running on Windows 11 Version 25H2 (winnt/10.0.26200) [x86_64], concurrency 22
Qt 6.7.3, tbb 2021.13.0
