Predicate generation failure

When running the test case regression-tests/toh-contract-translation/get-2.c the following error is issued

java.lang.Exception: Predicate generation failed
(error "Predicate generation failed")

Please note that the test is currently disabled in the test suite.

The new heap encoding from #42 seems to be able to solve this example (./tri get-2.c -invEncoding, I tried using the new nightly branch that also uses the latest Eldarica.). Translating the contracts when using that encoding requires more (potentially significant) work though.

I will also look at if we can get this to work with the other heap encodings.
