appears also cant change sdk_config__service_base_url variable at values folder. Im working at Android studio. Can you please tell me how can I replace this field with my own server url?

The IO_ERROR can have a few causes, is it possible for you to provide application HTTP logs (acquired by using a proxy like mitmproxy) of the communication with the backend?

As for the sdk_config__service_base_url - you just have to overwrite the string value in your application's string resources (eg. strings.xml) like:
https://your.server.com/api/v1/
