Add support for the
cutoff parameter to all endpoints that search the Unipept index #94
Right now, a few of the API endpoints support explicitely overriding the
cutoffparameter used by Unipept to limit the amount of protein matches per peptide. However, it does make sense to expose this parameter to all endpoints that are using the Unipept index.
