Quest 10409 and 10613

• The quest 10409 "Deathblow to the Legion": although Socrethar was defeated, the quest did not show completed.
• The quest 10613 "The Fel and the Furious": Deathforged Infernals cannot be destroyed.

We might need SD2 support for this, but we need to have the DB details corrected first, before we proceed with the script.

We had lots core updates for minions etc.. With recent core.. quest works again ;)
