Hello, I tried to run the code below

understrap-child@1.2.0 watch
npm-run-all --parallel watch-run-*

and the error

'npm-run-all' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

appear.

Im still new to coding so I do not know i did something wrong at the download process or not, if possible can someone give a complete run through of correctly downloading it.

The node version is 18
And i placed my child theme file at \wp-content\themes.
