There is only one repository tinyint compiled against PostgreSQL 13+ with no changes with some good commits after the last point of this repository. Please add in README.md link to https://github.com/okerem/tinyint-postgresql. Also I propose mark this repository as archived if there is no maintenance or actualisation here.
