Redesign Diffusion as a denoising sampler run

The muddy pink wash with double-vision ghosts becomes an image-model
inference: the suggestion zone opens as latent noise (pastel RGB
micro-blocks snapping on steps), then the whole word denoises in
five global snaps — invisible, tinted blobs, scrambled data-alt
chars at mid blur, data-soft look-alikes, crisp letters — while a
guidance aura tightens per step and a five-square progress tick row
fills and switches off after the run. The tail deliberately never
denoises: scrambled characters over re-rolling latent patches, with
rare single-glyph flickers of the real char — the undecided future.
Waiting is a small sampling patch at the caret. Light theme renders
the latents as darker pastel pigment on paper. Removes all nine
legacy diffusion keyframes and the doubled-ghost passes.
