Proposed updates the the charter #7
Description
Simple change proposed here #6 to add a reference to the TAC. Basically it states it exists and why.
There could / should be information added either in this section or another describing how product management, CI operations, and technical strategy will be managed or the responsibility deferred to a committee / group. For example the TAC charter states that it will work on cross-project technical issues and appointing a rep to represent the project in other open source communities. But the policy on which open source communities and how to work with them is undefined. There will be some overlap with the Open Mobility Foundation and other organizations. It is competitive or collaborative? Who is the decider?
It will be helpful to start talking through some of these issues now before assumptions are made and the status quo becomes the answer.
