An optional CPU avatar that counts from 10 (system.countdown=10) in order to shutdown the system and prevent further complications. Counts down by 1 for each 1AP for each Shutdown avatar on the system (act()).
A player can hack this avatar to cancel a countdown in progress. Once the countdown is over, it can be deactivated like a ICE Reentry avatar.
