Can't pull images externally

Description

Just an FYI, but acting as an external developer, I tried following:

• https://github.com/trilinos/containers#using-pre-built-at2-containers

and doing:

docker login registry-ex.sandia.gov

and I got:

Username: rabartl
Password:
Error response from daemon: Get "https://registry-ex.sandia.gov/v2/": unauthorized: HTTP Basic: Access denied. If a password was provided for Git authentication, the password was incorrect or you're required to use a token instead of a password. If a token was provided, it was either incorrect, expired, or improperly scoped. Is this info for external developers or should this be info for internal Trilinos devs?
