Tasks for documentation

• Update the metromap flowchart of the pipeline and add it to the readme + wiki
• Polish the installation instructions and
  • check for accuracy
• Include citations of the papers included in the README and citations.md file
• Add instructions to do a demo run with a small test file for 16S and zymo mock's metagenomic sample

Going to make usage and examples on how to run each branch of the somatem pipeline. This will clean up the Somatem README a lot and allow us to focus on the project overall (and less on individual pipeline usage).

Wikis must be designed to include the command line launcher type usage and the -params-file usage

Tasks:

• create wikis for genome-dynamics subworkflow
• create wiki for species detection subworkflow
• include others as they are created and tested
• Update MAG pipeline to give usage similar to other wikis
