[traits.build-adding-studies-functions] Generalising dataset reports

Currently dataset reports are written specifically for AusTraits, which isn't very useful for other databases using {traits.build}.
Lizzy suggested there could be a generic report script that is part of {traits.build}, but then we could allow customisation of the report_dataset.Rmd file for each database, via the R folder (e.g. austraits.build/R). Other groups could then copy the default Rmd file and personalise it.

This is likely a bigger future job!
