App Window AutoScrolling

Describe the bug
I have the app window visible while I'm playing, but I don't see the HTML scene in OBS due to lack of screen real estate. I'd like the application window to auto-scroll similar to how the view on stream scrolls. Otherwise, I have to alt-tab and scroll by hand, which is not desirable.
