I have found the answer to this question. The error message Request is missing required authentication credential or a backend sync issue when connecting to Google services (Maps, Gmail, YouTube) usually comes down to a configuration mismatch. Even though you granted full permissions, the backend agent is failing to send the token properly or is missing a required credential. |

The chat interface says "The connection shows as active, but the integration agent is still hitting an auth error. This is a backend sync issue." when I try involving connections like maps, gmail or youtube. I have given full permissions still this is happening. Anyone who understands why this is happening?
