When we use Diffany, how to set the cutoff of -c parameter?

the -c or --confidence parameter sets the minimal weight of a resulting edge for it to be included in the consensus network.

In the Diffany Cytoscape app, this corresponds with the Cutoff text field in the options panel.

The weight of edges of my network are range from 0 to 2.
What value is reasonable cutoff used for differential network detection?

It will depend on your specific data how big a network change should be to be relevant enough to be included in your output.
