T-bars for gene regulatory network

Hello,

I'm trying to use ggraph to build gene regulatory network.

Arrows are great to show activation of genes expression however for inactivation I was wondering if there is a way to plot T-bars (I couldn't find if it was an available asset) ? Right now I am using lines of different color than arrows (which does the job).

Can you provide an example of what you're looking for?

@teunbrand This gene regulatory network, for example, uses T-bars to show negative effect (it would be the inactivation of genes in my case.)

So just arrows where the 'legs' are at an 90° angle?
