Feature Request - "Ability to search for an Album"

I am not a 100% sure, if I need to ask here or at https://github.com/D3SOX/ha_music_voice_control_spotifyplus . But I think spotifyplus need to make albums searchable before the Voice implementations can actually enable this.

So my feature request is to make a search for an album possible, i.e. "Ok Naby, Play the album "Gold" by Bob Marley"

I believe you want to ask this in the ha_music_voice_control project. The ability to search the Spotify Catalog has been available since the initial release of the SpotifyPlus Integration. The ha_music_voice_control_spotifyplus will just need to be modified to use the functionality.

In looking at the ha_music_voice_control project, it looks like the author just needs to add support for album searches.

Use the following SpotifyPlus Integration services to search the Spotify Catalog:

• Search Albums
• Search Artists
• Search Audiobooks
• Search Episodes
• Search Playlists
• Search Shows
• Search Tracks
• Search All

It also supports the new(er) HA Search Media interface as well.

So I finally took the plunge into HA Voice Assist functionality. I have not done anything with Voice Assist up until now, as I thought you had to have the Voice PE device to control it. I did some digging, and found out that you could issue voice commands via the HA Companion App. So I started playing with it, and have come up with some automations that might interest you.
