Update code for latest WP-API

Hey,

would it be possible to make the plugin work with the latest develop branch of WP-API?
I want to use WP-API, WP-BP and WP-BB alongside.

Hi @paidon I hope to update it for v2.0 of the WP-API eventually, but I won't have time for at least the next few months. If you'd like to have a go at updating it, I'll happily accept pull requests and review the code. 😄

@kenshinman it's on my wants to do, but similar to Jun 2015, I can't see me having time in the next few months. More than happy to accept/review PRs or pass the plugin on to someone else more able to maintain it. 😄
