Duplicates of params #82
Description
The 3.4.1. Command Line Parameters section contains -testrunfactory and -testRunFactory.
Looks like one of them is depricated.
Wich one is preferred to use?

-useGlobalThreadPool
Those params have duplicates too, but without case differencies
