docs(layerzero): clarify EndpointDollar fee flow and fix anchor

- Restore lead-in clause for the bullet list (was orphaned after removing
  'transparent for end users')
- Make wrap requirement explicit in the EndpointDollar reference section
  so readers skimming this block know the wrap step is mandatory
- Fix broken anchor: #bridge-from-tempo-via-stargate -> #bridge-from-tempo
  (section was renamed in #399)
