Build typeform intake forms

Issue

The /get-involved/* role pages currently instruct users to email techtankto@gmail.com directly. This creates an untracked, manual intake process. Replace with a structured form so submissions are logged and routable.

Scope

• Phase 1 (launch): Investigate whether an existing form solution (e.g. Google Forms, Typeform free tier) is already in use by organizers — use that if so, to avoid fragmentation.
• Phase 2 (post-launch): Migrate to Typeform for a branded experience with conditional logic per role.

Pages affected

• /get-involved/speaker
• /get-involved/host
• /get-involved/sponsor
• /get-involved/volunteer

Acceptance criteria

• Existing intake form solution confirmed (or absence confirmed) with organizers
• Each role page links to or embeds a form instead of a raw mailto: link
• Form submissions route to an inbox or spreadsheet organizers actively monitor
• Phase 2 Typeform migration tracked as a follow-up issue once Phase 1 ships

The /get-involved/speaker page already has a Google Docs form link from the previous site:

And for now, the other get involved pages have mailto links with different subjects:

As this is not a major launch blocker, moving from MVP Launch milestone to Post Launch / Good To have milestone.
