Highlight merchants that offer BTC discounts

There are merchants who offer discounts when someone pays with BTC.

For example this one¹ says

You get 21% discount if you pay with Bitcoin or Bitcoin Lightning

however the BTC Map pin² doesn't indicate this at all.

It would be great if there's a way to highlight such merchants in BTC Map, either by separate tag / icon / color, or have a special filter option for them.
