Description
The !balance command is also affected by issues #24 and #25.
Using the !balance command by default shows the UTXO balance, but... if the user has only registered with !register NEVM, it will constantly show the message "no balance", and you will have to specify "!balance NEVM" to get that .
The ideal option would be to only use the "!balance" command, and for the bot to detect if the user has created a UTXO Wallet, NEVM or both. It would show you the balances corresponding to all the wallets you have registered.
