Create Wallet #25
Description
When the user uses the !register command alone, it by default creates a UTXO wallet for them, but does not specify anywhere that the NEVM argument can be added to create a NEVM wallet.
- Perhaps it would be better, or that when using !register, that the 2 wallets "UTXO and NEVM" are not created by default. Another option would be that when using !register, the [chain] argument is requested so that the user can choose which chain to use.
