Case and Lowercase discrimination #24
Description
The first flaw I see is that the arguments are case sensitive, so a user can put !balance NEVM and it returns the default balance "UTXO". to accept the argument it must be nevm "lowercase".
Therefore, the arguments should not be case sensitive.
