Annotations and marks for Jpegview

At the moment, almost all photo-related programs on mobile devices have built-in tools for annotations and marks right on top of the image. This is extremely convenient and has become almost standard. Unfortunately Jpegview still doesn't have this functionality, so every time I have to switch to Photoshop and add annotation text there.

There are a lot of such tools freely available on Github.
It would be great to have such functionality in Jpegview.
