GenX input generation

Hello!
The instructions to generate GenX inputs are apparently not working properly. The README mentions that it should be sufficient to run mkdir -p genx/in, then run_powergenome_multiple -sf MIP_results_comparison/case_settings/26-zone -rf genx/in -c base_short but that is only producing errors.

Hi Daniele, sorry, there was a typo in that line. Can you try this instead?

run_powergenome_multiple -sf MIP_results_comparison/case_settings/26-zone/settings-atb2023 -rf genx/in -c base_short

If this still gives you trouble, can you share the error message you get and I can see what we can do?
