Sveltekit + Webpack manager

To avoid the Access-Control-Allow-Origin trap looking into serving external scripts such as Google Tag Manager locally.

Ideally through a Webpack plugin solution like https://github.com/nystudio107/save-remote-file-webpack-plugin however this I havent managed to get to play well with Sveltekit.

Is there a better approach to this than above package? Eg, pull the external script from URL and include it locally during buildprocess.
