It seems like that LG changed permissions for icon notifications. It is only supported for certified apps.
So my previous changes (#86) are obsolete. Of course we could make it dependent on the OS version but I don't think this is worth the effort and I suggest to rather remove that feature again 😢 The bad thing is that the notification is not displayed at all if you provide an icon. So we should take some action. What do you think?
