Malformed collection section when Summary is missing

Looks like the Collection details are indented strangely when the Summary is missing for the Featured Collection. This is only an issue on desktop clients/clients that don't pick up the mobile view.

Turns out this isn't related to the summary being present or not. It seems to be an issue when the summary is less than one line long. Not an issue with the TV or Movies section though, so it's probably a table issue rather than a row issue?
