Tracking issue for the Freighter v1→v2 balances-API migration — surfacing balance fields the v1 client reads that v2 was missing. Persist the account subentry count (`num_subentries` on `native_balances`, populated during ingestion) and expose it via GraphQL + the wbclient SDK.
