Missing Account balance attributes

The Horizon [`Account`](https://developers.stellar.org/api/resources/accounts/object/) object is missing several attributes in its inner "balance" object.

- `is_clawback_enabled`
- `is_authorized`
- `is_authorized_to_maintain_liabilities`

We need to add these attribute to the docs.
