Add data security layer #28
Description
One use case we have for tangle is to allow Marquee widgets to exchange personalized data between the extension backend of VSCode and the widget in the web view. This data should not be accessible to other 3rd party widgets that a user has installed. This is not a special problem. As everyone can listen to post messages within the supported environments I believe there is a general need to ensure that data is encrypted.
