Ensure DefaultDriverExceptionHandlerTest includes the AuthenticationException

After #2333 - The AuthenticationException from the driver is not a driver exception, so we added the AuthenticationDriverException to wrap it so the DefaultDriverExceptionHandler can process it. Unit tests do not cover this case.
