Always show the tag delete button

Currently in order to remove a tag from a note, you have to click twice - first to "activate" the tag label so that it shows the delete button, then the actual delete. When you're removing multiple tabs, this is tedious. I would prefer the buttons visible on all tags.

Thanks for considering this change. It's ok if it's an option in the settings.
