[Windows][Desktop][Rich Text] Hitting tab resets font style/size selection #2985

Version: 3.150.33

Steps to reproduce:

select any sort of non-default text selection (e.g. bold + size 12)
type something as normal, text appears as expected
hit tab - font choices go away and revert to Segoe UI 15
