Feature request: Add a description field / external URL's #341
Description
It would be nice if a description field (or multiple URL's) could be added.
Our use case for this would be adding in some additional links relating to the app (e.g. linking to GitLab project, pipeline URL, MR URL etc).
In this particular case this is not an ingress in the local cluster, but an external link.
