Please move HTML visualization rule from srophe:tags="#syriaca-simplified-script" to supress persName and placeName where xml:lang="en-x-srp1"

@wsalesky in this issue: srophe/syriaca-data#817 we decided to stop using srophe:tags="#syriaca-simplified-script".

Currently the HTML for text/body/listPlace/place/placeName does not display the name in the HTML when srophe:tags="#syriaca-simplified-script".

I believe there is a rule for text/body/listPerson/person/persName does the same thing.

We would like to keep this rule but have it instead be based on the presence of xml:lang="en-x-srp1"in those paths. We have removed srophe:tags="#syriaca-simplified-script"
