GEOLocate fails to display a map when a Locality name has a `"` or `'` character

Describe the bug
When a Locality name in the Locality for has (") or (') characters and atleast one of the latitudes or longitudes, it fails to show the Geolocate map.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Locality
2. Fill the form and add the (") or (') character to the Locality name
3. Ensure there is latitude or longitude added
4. Open geolocate to access the map
5. See error

Expected behavior
The Geolocate map should work as intended.
