Allow shared auto-numbering across collections #7658

CSIRO manages multiple distinct Collections that physically share the same label series. Currently, Specify enforces a strict relationship between a Collection and its Auto-Numbering sequence. This creates duplicate catalog numbers for physical objects that are supposed to be part of a single.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a configuration option in the Auto-Numbering Setup to link multiple Collections to the same AutoNumberSetup ID. A dropdown in the setup menu or in schema configuration will be helpful.
