Report runner fails on queries that have `countOnly: true`

Error message:

The error goes away after setting countOnly: false and saving the query.

I can set countOnly: false on the front end when running a report, but it would probably make more sense to do it on the back-end (to cover the cases where the report endpoint is called by someones else's script)

Should be a simple change
Though take this to check on other back-end endpoints that may have forgotten to ignore countOnly when working calling query builder API
