VTOR and rust

Hi,

does the SVL modify the VTOR for interrupts. I am able to flash and run rust prorgams using the svl. But interrupts do not fire and I suspect there is something up with the VTOR?

Manually setting the VTOR now works:

    rprintln!("Setting VTOR to 0x10000");
    unsafe {
        let SCB = &*cortex_m::peripheral::SCB::ptr();
        SCB.vtor.write(0x10000);
    }

this is apparently set in startup_gcc.c. Maybe this could be considered to be set in the bootloader, it would make it more compatible with other runtimes.
