Suggestions for upscaling this to a HPC

Dear devs,

awesome work with classpose,
I plan to run inference on many slides, and the turn-around time should be less than a day.
I would like to run the package in the HPC, any suggestions regarding wrapping it?

My go to would be snakemake.

Hi @josenimo, thanks very much for your interest on Classpose! While we do not currently maintain an official workflow-manager wrapper for Classpose, there is a nextflow wrapper written by @adamjtaylor. Perhaps that might be of interest to you! Otherwise it should be possible to process slides at largescale over any cluster system by calling the WSI entrypoint from here. If you build a snakemake wrapper, we would certainly be very glad to link to it in our docs. Let us know if you have any further question on this!
