One of our users tried to use classpath with images fetched from OMERO using omero-qupath extension.
Unfortunately running Predict WSI on these images fetched from OMERO gives the following error:

This works fine with images stored locally, however a common workflow is to keep image data well managed in OMERO and fetch it via omero-qupath extension.

Hi @Nirkan, thanks for submitting an issue - this is indeed an unsolved problem at the moment. We are aware that this is a common workflow but - at the moment - we do not support OMERO integration. We will be looking into this eventually but there is no immediate solution apart from downloading these data and running Classpose on them (a solution for this will be quite similar to this workflow).

However, if you could help us with finding a solution that would be great - we have little experience with OMERO, so getting to know how the URI typically looks for these slides and how people typically go about downloading them would be great :-)
