Official ARM64 support

Feature Request

Could you officially support ARM64 as well as AMD64? With it becoming a more common instruction set in the datacenter (and certain expensive laptops) it would be could if they could be natively supported.

Hey Richard, thanks for the draft pr and the issue!
We are a bit shorthanded for arm64 support at the moment so without a solid use case I don't have the time to finish the pull request myself.
Would you be willing to finish the pr , add some tests and maintain the feature?
