ecs-cli in docker images should be updated at least to 1.19 #52
Description
Images (tested latest, 2.6, 2.5) don't function correctly in regions that don't support the default instance type t2.micro. The lucy execution outputs a fatal error and is unable to create instances.
Current docker images have ecs-cli 1.18 built in, which is affected by this bug: aws/amazon-ecs-cli#1006
It was solved in 1.19 https://github.com/aws/amazon-ecs-cli/releases/tag/v1.19.0
A region affected by the bug is eu-south-1
