Adjust volume size

Hi, I think it would be good if we can adjust the volume size.
Currently its not possible to make the volume bigger to host more logs. In big tests that is needed.

ecs-cli seems not to have an option to set the EBS Volume size. In the cluster setup GUI on AWS Web Console its possible.

A temporary workaround is:

1. Create a Cluster using the AWS ECS Console
2. The Cluster name must be JMeter
3. Set the number of instances to MINION_COUNT + 1
4. Increase the default EBS Storage
5. Select the JMeter VPC and Subnets
6. Create the cluster and wait for the instances to become
7. Run lucy with the following variables: --env RETAIN_CLUSTER=true --env JMETER_FLAGS=-X

Of course this bypasses the best feature of Lucy which creates Clusters on demand to keep costs at a minimum.

I will add this feature once the ecs-cli supports it.
