Version 2.3.11 remains vulnerable to remote code execution

The same vulnerability as version 2.3.10 affects version 2.3.11. The vulnerability in question is the remote code execution reported in the url https://www.exploit-db.com/exploits/43777 for version 2.3.10 but when tested on version 2.3.11 on windows 10 it was identified that the vulnerability is also present.
